1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bte77 ("the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the bte77 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bte77 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bte77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. bte77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the amendments clause set out in Section 14 below.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the bte77 platform, you must register a single personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Registration requires submission of accurate, current and complete information including your mobile number, date of birth and identity details for KYC verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bte77 support immediately and change your password. Your responsibilities in this regard include but are not limited to:

• Using a strong, unique password for your bte77 account that is not used on any other website or application.
• Ensuring that you log out of your bte77 account when using shared or public devices.
• Not allowing any other person, including family members, to access or use your bte77 account.
• Immediately notifying bte77 support if you become aware that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bte77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money funds through wagering before withdrawal is permitted.
• The wagering requirement for a welcome bonus is specified in the promotional offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the offer terms; bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within that period.
• bte77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. In the event that a bonus is awarded in error, bte77 reserves the right to reclaim it.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.
• bte77 may at its sole discretion withhold, cancel or void bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed primarily to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bte77 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to conceal the origin of funds.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under the name of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or at any subsequent point while the account is active.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software error or promotional misconfiguration for personal financial gain.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language towards bte77 customer support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

bte77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on a continuous basis. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to review and may be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited. bte77 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bte77 platform, including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials, is the property of bte77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bte77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the bte77 platform without the prior written permission of bte77. Unauthorised use of any bte77 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bte77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including failure to satisfy the 21+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may be harmful to bte77 or to other players on the platform.
• A request by the account holder to close their own account, including requests made through the self-exclusion process.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at bte77's discretion. Upon closure of an account at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bte77 platform, you agree to contact bte77 customer support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for bte77 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter further.

bte77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support, bte77 may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution process. All records maintained by bte77's systems are considered the primary source of evidence in any dispute concerning account activity, transaction history or game outcomes.
